I’m currently a senior content designer for Scotland’s health and social care national digital service. I’ve worked on other digital programmes like the HMRC (UK tax authority) child benefit service and the NHS UK national proxy service (a national health service enabling patients to manage healthcare on behalf of others).
With experience shaping high-profile digital services in multidisciplinary agile teams, I focus on creating content that:
- reduces friction and improves task completion for users
- meets regulatory and legal requirements
- drives measurable outcomes
My work includes SEO, content strategy, content audits, user research synthesis, user journey mapping, and crafting plain-language content.
I integrate AI tools into my content workflows, including generative AI chatbot design using IBM WatsonX.
With an MSc in Software Development and an undergrad degree in Graphic Design, I bridge the technical and creative to deliver clear, structured, and actionable content in digital environments.
